  • The data plan could not be used due to network unavailability in the selected region (verified by our support team).

  • Purchase was made but eSIM profile was not delivered or used.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The eSIM was successfully delivered and installed.

  • The user provided incorrect device compatibility (e.g., non-eSIM-supported device).

  • The user changed their mind after the eSIM was delivered or activated.

  • Data usage was consumed fully or partially.

  • The issue was due to lack of network coverage caused by third-party providers.


3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your Order ID, device model, and a brief explanation of the issue.

  3. Our support team will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
